How do you get rid of dry skin next to your nose?

I have had dry flaky slightly reddish skin in the little spot between your nose and cheek I have been trying for ever to get rid of it. I wash my face every night and put moisturizer but its not helping at all. It would also be amazing if the solution was quick, because my graduation is coming up. P.S it would be nice if the solution was cheap.

How do you get rid of dry skin next to your nose?
It’s not actually dry skin, its dead skin flaking down from the bottom. I dont know how to get rid of this either but what you can do to make it dissapear for a short amount of time is push up on the sides of your nose so the dead skin goes back into its original place so you cant see it. Believe it or not when i used to have mine, i shaved it off with a razor and rubbed moisturizing lotion on it and that seemed to help.
Take the lotion and rub it on the dry skin beneath and next to the nose. Take the cold water or ice cube and put it on the nose. Do this without removing the lotion.
Repeat. Do this twice daily until the skin area clears up.
